Staffing Synergies provides staffing and human resources services to companies with significant requirements specializing in contract packing, manufacturing, distribution centers, light industrial sites and new facilities. We believe in long-term integrated partnerships with our strategic relationships. Staffing Synergies collaborates to create white collar solutions to blue collar problems.

 

Since 2008, our vision is to be the staffing and human resources supplier of choice to our customers and the employer of choice for our employees through continuous improvement in the quality of customer service, technological development, cost-effectiveness and methodical growth. This vision, complemented by our corporate values, guides our work with our clients and more than 3,500 employees and more than $50 Million in Gross Revenues.

Generally, our fees are 15% less than market standards. Our competitive pricing platform offers our strategic partners aggressive terms due to our efficiencies from appointment size, staffing ratios, operational experience and limited overhead. We collaborate with our clients to minimize the impact of the Affordable Care Act.

Synergy is defined as the interaction of two or more united entities that have a greater effect collectively than they do individually. Doug Crawley serves as president and CEO of Staffing Synergies. He is responsible for the overall planning, directing, organizing and controlling of the company operations. He has over 40 years of management and related entrepreneurial and military leadership experience. He has served as an executive for two Fortune 100 companies and has previous packaging experience as an executive vice president of a multi division filling and distribution company. In addition, he is president of several other entrepreneurial and non-profit entities. He is the founder and a volunteer of the MOST (Mentoring Our Students Together) Program, which is an after school collaboration between his church and the local school district to provide mentoring, tutoring and recreational activities for students in grades four through twelve.

Doug is a veteran who served as a navigator/flight instructor in the U.S. Air Force and was discharged with the rank of Captain. During his seven years of military leadership, he flew 185 combat missions during the Vietnam Conflict. Doug brings the discipline, character and honor that earned him the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal and the Air Medal.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, an MBA and a Doctor of Ministry degree.
